Samantha DiPompo
Assistant Coach

Sam enters her second year with the Green Terror.  The former Towson Tiger Team Captain and shortstop will be a wonderful addition to our staff.  She has a passion for the game and teaching the game the right way with much energy.  As a senior at Towson, she broke the school record for career RBI's and her record now stands at 140 RBIs. She finished her career with a .311 batting average. She scored 25+ runs in each of her four seasons and drove in at least 27 in each of those years. DiPompo ranks among the top five in career games played (229), at bats (710), runs scored (119), base hits (221), doubles (41), home runs (16) and RBIs (140).  Sam enjoyed success in her first season as the Green Terror Hitting Coach, the team reached the playoffs for the third straight season and leading the team to one of the top hitting teams in the conference.  She will be responsible for the Terror infielders, hitters and defense. 

Tiffani Smith

Tiffani is enters her third season as the Green Terror Pitching Coach.  The former Big South Conference Pitcher of the Year and two time Team Captain at Liberty University help the Terror pitching staff that led the conference for the third straight season with a team ERA of 1.54.  While pitching for the Liberty Flames, she gardener three All-Conference honors, All-State honors and All NFCA Regional honors.  The 2011 graduate finished her career as the all-time strikeout leader in Liberty history while leading her team to a Big South Conference Championship and a NCAA Regional appearance in Knoxville, TN Region.  Tiffani will be responsible for the Green Terror Pitching Staff,  pitching camps/clinics as well as recruiting responsibilities.

Rachel Sidney

Rachel enters her first season on the staff of her alma mater.  The tow time Team Captain finished her career as the all-time career hits leader in McDaniel History (183), she led the Green Terror the last several years in hits, runs and steals while patrolling centerfield where she earned All-Conference honors, as well as garnering NFCA Scholar Honors carrying a 3.75 GPA. "Rachel will be terrific addition to our staff," - "She had a tremendous career and really worked hard to achieve success.  Rachel is full of energy and she will have a chance to pay forward what she has learned to our young players."   A 2014 McDaniel graduate in English and Education. She will be responsible for the outfielders, base running and assist with the Green Terror hitters.

Leigh Blohm

Leigh Blohm enters her second season on the staff of her alma mater.  Playing four years for the Green Terror behind the plate, Leigh helped her team capture two playoff appearances, along with the 2012 Conference Championship and NCAA Regional Berth.  A 2012 McDaniel graduate in Physics, she was awarded the Harry Clarry Jones Award for her work in the Physics Department.   "Leigh is a wonderful addition to our staff, she is a student of the game" – “Now she has a chance to work with our players and show them how to get things done the right way."  Leigh will work primary with the catchers, pitchers and handle recruiting responsibilities for the Green Terror.
