Emily Trainor
Assistant Coach

Trainor enters her fifth season on staff after four successful seasons on the diamond as a player. She was twice named All-Centennial Conference in addition to garnering 2006 NFCA All-Region accolades.

She still holds eing named to the conference team twice and also a 2006 NFCA All Region selection.  She shares the single-game RBI record, driving in eight against Hood the RBI record with eight in one game, vs Hood College on Apr. 22, 2006.

Trainor primarily works with the Green Terror hitters as the batting coach and the program recruiting coordinator as well as assisting with team strength & conditioning.

A 2008 graduate of the College, she earned a bachelor of arts in business/economics. A Carroll County native, she is working full-time in Owings Mills, Md.


Tiffani Smith
Assistant Coach

Smith enters her second season on the Green Terror staff coach as the team's pitching coach. She guided the Green Terror pitching staff to a top ranking in the conference and a 34th ranking nationally.

A 2011 graduate of Division I Liberty University, she excelled as a pitcher. She was named the Big South Conference Pitcher of the Year in 2010, NFCA All-Region, Big South all-conference, VaSID first team and conference tournament MVP. She helped her team reach the NCAA Regional in 2011 and holds the career strikeout record (589), registering 51 wins in her career.

She holds bachelor of arts in elementary education from Liberty and is currently working on her Masters in Sports Administration at McDaniel.


Lauren Wildasin
Volunteer Assistant Coach

Wildasin joins the staff as a volunteer coach this season and will work primarily with the Green Terror infielders where she exceled at third base as a four-year starter during her playing career.

A 2011 McDaniel graduate, she hold her bachelor of arts in EPE.
